Hemos pasado una semana en un ambiente muy acogedor, con personal muy agradable, dispuesto a ayudar en cada momento. Los alrededores son maravillosos, con naturaleza salvaje e imágenes para recordar. Era justo lo que necesitábamos: paz, descanso y silencio. Se pueden alquilar bicicletas o se pueden hacer paseos andando, hay sitio para practicar running. La piscina y el jacuzzi muy bien mantenidos.
La casa contenía todo lo que se necesita para vivir tranquilamente. No hemos echado en falta nada. Muy bien organizado todo.

The peacefulness of this campsite is amazing, with beautiful accommodations for all. They have a lovely sauna & steam room with a gym to go with it. With the vendee area to cycle around on your doorstep it is just beautiful if your looking for hustle and bustle with children’s play area’s with pool’s and slides this is not the site for you. The pool and jacuzzi is brilliant never full and ample sunbeds.. The family owned campsite can’t do enough to please the holiday maker and make there stay most enjoyable…

Mooi zwembad, lekkere jacuzzi en fijn dat er een receptie is waar je eten en drinken kunt bestellen. Vriendelijk personeel.
De camping zelf is mooi en kleinschalig maar ligt aan een drukke weg waar je in de vroege ochtend last van hebt. De omgeving zit bomvol met campings dus enorm veel toeristen wat niet ons ding is.
Het zwembad en de jacuzzi waren top
Het huisje wordt enorm heet, geen zonwering, slechte kussens, harde matrassen en erg basic ingericht qua keuken. De koelkast deed het middelmatig en zat eind van de vakantie vol met ijs.
Hartelijk dank dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw ervaring met ons te delen. We zijn blij dat u ons kleinschalige park, het zwembad, de jacuzzi en de vriendelijkheid van ons team heeft gewaardeerd. Wat de drukte betreft, heeft u gelijk: Saint-Jean-de-Monts is een zeer populaire badplaats en de Vendée is de belangrijkste campingbestemming van Frankrijk. Wie op zoek is naar een rustige, weinig toeristische bestemming, kan deze regio in augustus inderdaad beter vermijden. Wat het slaapcomfort betreft, staat in onze welkomstgids, die ook in het Nederlands beschikbaar is, dat wij verschillende voorzieningen op verzoek kunnen aanpassen, waaronder kussens en matrassen. Slaapcomfort is erg persoonlijk: wat voor de ene gast te hard is, is voor een andere juist perfect. Ook voor de keuken zijn extra voorzieningen op verzoek beschikbaar. De grote hoeveelheid ijs in de koelkast wijst er meestal op dat deze juist goed koelt, maar dat er regelmatig warme, vochtige lucht binnenkomt, bijvoorbeeld door vaak openen of een deur die niet volledig gesloten is. Er is ook een ontdooistand. Jammer dat u dit tijdens uw verblijf niet heeft gemeld; we hadden dit graag meteen voor u opgelost. Tot slot was deze zomer uitzonderlijk warm. Onze villa's hebben UV-werende folie op de grote ramen, witte daken die zonnewarmte reflecteren en extra isolatie. Bij zulke uitzonderlijke temperaturen heeft dit natuurlijk zijn grenzen, hoewel de nachten gelukkig aangenaam koel bleven. Nogmaals bedankt voor uw feedback en voor uw verblijf bij La Forêt.

Die Villen, der Platz allgemein und der Pool waren sehr sauber und in einem top Zustand. Die Villen war sehr geschmackvoll Dekoriert und perfekt ausgestattet. Wiebke, Greg, Luis und das gesamte Team kümmern sich großartig um die Gäste und sind sehr hilfsbereit.
Die nahegelegene Rue de Notre Dame ist stark befahren und bei den Villen die ganz hinten liegen sehr gut zu hören. Wir konnten unsere Unterkunft nach der Hälfte der Zeit wechseln, dort war es dann ruhiger. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Service.
Die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung.
Eine Klimaanlage wäre für heiße Sommertage von Vorteil.

We love coming back to this friendly resort. It’s just the right size and not too busy. The location in the Vendée is stunning and it’s what we love- the beach (amazing sunsets) and the pine woods and miles of bike tracks. This time we stayed in a Villa Lounge which had everything we needed. The pool is always fantastic and it was great to use the sauna and hammam this time! The boys also used the gym which they enjoyed.
Maybe for the sauna and hammam to be open for a couple of hours in the morning?
The accommodation was clean and decorated tastefully. The room sizes are good, even for 2 teenagers to share. The layout of the cabins gives a feeling of privacy.

Wij hadden een loungebilla voor 4 personen. Wat een heerlijk huisje. Heel rustige plek. Lekker zwembad ook. Alles nieuw. En wat een aardige mensen!

Un camping à taille humaine, mais sans vis à vis, très agréable à seulement 500m d’une plage immense peu fréquentée, le rêve !
La qualité du pain le matin peut être améliorée ! C’était le seul bémol, mais super boulangerie à Notre-Dame-de-Monts.
Intimité garantie avec la végétation, très bien arboré ! Le jacuzzi est vraiment le petit luxe en plus, très apprécié

We loved our break at Camping la foret. It's incredible what the owners have done and so inspiring. It was a great place for our children's cycling and swimming. The other guests were lovely too as were those working on the site.
The mattresses in the villa did not quite feel up to the same standard of everything else. Our sleep suffered a bit because of it. If we could have had a harder mattress would have been perfect

Nous avons passé un séjour idéal dans ce camping. Au calme, avec les justes commodites nécessaires. Nos enfants n’ont jamais aussi bien dormis.
La douche n’était pas constante, au bout de quelques minutes, malgré le réglage du chauffe eau, elle devenait froide pendant plusieurs minutes ce qui n’était pas agréable

Nos attendons chaque année nos vacances au camping la forêt avec impatience ! Une nouvelle fois le camping a tenu toutes ses promesses ! Vrais moments de détente dans un lieu cocooning et parfaitement entretenu par Vibke, Greg et Luis ! Merci pour tout votre travail qui fait de notre séjour des moments en famille et entre amis magiques ❤️
L attitude des vacanciers irrespectueux du lieu...
Nouvel emplacement pour nous que l on a trouvé parfait !
Un peu plus de vaisselle comme on est 5 parfois 6 et un porte manteau mais avec tout ça on risque de ne plus repartir de la villa.

Mooie locatie zo vlak aan zee. Even door t bos en dan ben je er.
Er was op onze plaats nog weinig begroeiing. Dat zal de komende jaren wel komen. Op andere plekken zag dat er prachtig uit.
