There are three things we particularly like about the campsite. 1. Th restaurant. 2. The main shower block. 3. The facilities on site - swimming pool, fishing pond, table tennis etc.
Make pain au raisin available from the shop in the morning. ( Pain au raisin used to be available.)
A pleasant, unpretentious campsite.
Around pitch 95 the ground is a little uneven, which makes it a little difficult if camping with a tent.

Very pleasant surroundings, nice pool but too cold to use it. Over 50 euros for camping car with 2 adults and electricity for one night in June does not represent value.
Service in restaurant poor. Desserts never arrived - asked for bill after excessive wait. Server did his best, manager disengaged, no real attempt to serve us despite only 4 other tables. Pity, main courses were good.

The location was terrific for all amenities, and within close proximity to many commemorative sites which we wanted to visit. The bathroom, washing, and leisure amenities were also excellent, and food from either the shop or the on site restaurant were equally as exceptional; we’ll definitely be back.
As a group of 5 motorcyclists, camping out of tents, the noise from the nearby motorway was intrusive, and a couple of very early morning deliveries disturbed our sleep, though wouldn’t put us off staying again.
The pitch on the tree lined drive was good for wind protection, and some rain, but meant we were often cold as very little sun - of which there wasn’t much to be honest!! - could get through

Excellent facilities, spotless site, friendly atmosphere, and a great bar serving high-quality food. A very enjoyable stay.
Clearer signage for the campsite entrance from the château access road would make arrival easier.
Large, well-maintained grass pitch. Staff were very accommodating in changing our pitch to suit our motorhome. Quiet and well run.
Nothing to dislike – a spacious, peaceful pitch with good electrical hook-up and well-maintained surroundings.

Some years since I stayed here….several times during D-Day celebrations. Old world hospitality provided by the family owners.
At that time, the plumbing was traditional’ ! Catering was most satisfactory, entertainment was varied and enjoyable….provided by fellow guests who visited from places further east !

The grounds are immaculate, as are the sanitary facilities. Our pitch was a perfect spot although not a lot of sun for the two nights we were there. Staff were welcoming and friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent.
Perhaps make the food offerings a little wider; there were no pizzas available and no tiramisu!😢😢. Prices were a little on the high side; you might have more customers if your food was a little less pricey although I am aware of the continuing spiral of prices of ingredients and staff costs.
Sunny, level and easily accessible. We are booked to return to Martragny prior to our ferry from Caen at the end of July. If we could have the same pitch that would be wonderful.

Eine sehr schöne und ruhige Anlage, sehr liebevoll gepflegt. Sanitair ist auf dem höchsten Stand und äußerst sauber.
Sehr große Stellplätze, getrennt von Sträucher und Bäume. Alles auf gepflegten Rasen.

Mooie camping rondom een kasteel. Schone voorzieningen en een heerlijk zwembad om baantjes te trekken.

Als je een kleine tent hebt is het minder leuk om tussen grote witte campers en caravans te staan.

Het terrein is werkelijk prachtig. Personeel onvriendelijk. Mocht kiezen uit 3 plaatsen want de rest was gereserveerd. Wij bleven 1 nacht! En de camping was zeker niet vol! De kok was zeer nors maar de ober was erg vriendelijk.
Het water in de douche was echt gloeiend heet. Niet te doen!
Plek was klein.
Zoveel lege plekken en niet meer keuze krijgen. Acsi kaart leverde geen korting.

Een erg fijne camping in een mooi park met prachtig kasteel en oude gebouwen. De omgeving is geweldig mooi met veel natuur, zee en stranden en een geweldig indrukwekkende historie over de tweede wereldoorlog.
Het zou fijn zijn als ‘s ochtends eerder brood af te halen was. 9.00 uur vinden wij heel laat. Ook was er n keer om 09.15 nog maar 1 brood. Daar moet je wel van op aan kunnen. En verder is 6 ampere weinig. Beter zou 20 zijn.

The campsite is well laid out with generous spaces. The shower blocks are modern and clean.
Price is at top of the range, for example electricity 7 euro/day Security is inadequate as there is no barrier. At 01:00 one night drunken campers arrived back by taxi and woke me up with shouting .

Fantastisch grote vlakke groene plekken, goed verzorgd, mooi en schoon sanitair.

Dat er een mogelijkheid is om te eten ( restaurant) en dat er een winkeltje is
Dat de pizza oven het niet deed en dat de wifi slecht was.

Een prachtige plek, mooi kasteel met bijgebouwen en schoon sanitair.
Wij genoten van het zicht op het kasteel, het winkeltje voor een vergeten boodschap, het restaurant met lekkere maaltijden, het zwembad en zelfs van het verouderde sanitair. Het was er altijd schoon, en dichtbij ons plekje.
Dat het einde seizoen was en we niet langer konden blijven. We hebben 3 dagen volop genoten!

Mooi kasteel met mooie plekken onder de bomen
Helaas stonden we zelf op een plek zonder schaduw van een boom
De rust en de ruime plekken op de camping was heel aangenaam
Had liever een plaats gehad met schaduw van een boom, maar verder was alles helemaal in orde!
