Se trata de un lugar en el que se respìra. Es un lugar acogedor en el que es muy fácil relajarse, desconectar y descansar. El personal del camping fue muy amable con nosotros en todo momento. Hemos tenido unos días estupendos a pesar de las temperaturas exageradamente elevadas que hemos sufrido. La zona es muy bonita y llena de atracciones, monumentos y actividades muy interesantes. Sin duda un lugar muy recomendable para descansar, desconectar y disfrutar de la zona.
Estuvimos alojados en una parcela amplia, de hierba, con buena sombra de árboles grandes. Se encuentra separada por setos y cuenta con agua. Suficiente para una caravana mediana, toldo, y automóvil. El acceso tanto al camping como a las parcelas es sencillo y llano. No hay bordillos y las calles son amplias. El camping se encuentra a diez minutos o menos andando del pueblo por un agradable paseo a orillas del río. Cuenta con restaurante, pequeña tienda en la que se puede encargar pan, tres bloques de servicios, área para niños, zonas deportivas y piscinas.
Quizá la piscina grande podría haber estado algo más limpia. En el bloque de baños cerrado la temperatura del agua de la ducha no siempre era estable. En este mismo bloque de baños en algunas zonas el suelo es resbaladizo.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en Les Eyzies en invierno. La atención es muy exquisita, con detalles, limpieza y mucha tranquilidad. Un lugar para disfrutar en familia y descansar.
Todo funcionaba muy bien y estaba muy limpio. Un placer!

La position des ânes derrière le lodge gêne à cause des odeurs, surtout lors de fortes chaleurs. Lodge en plein soleil de 12H à 16H dommage car le camping est ombragé...

De passage pour une nuit, le camping La Rivière nous a réservé un bon accueil, un emplacement de qualité et un vrai confort pour un prix plus qu’intéressant ! Nous reviendrons.

Les Eyzies and the Dordogne region are absolutely beautiful. The region has so much incredible history dating back to prehistoric times. Camping La Rivière is a beautiful spot. Amandine and the team were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfasts and snacks were superb. The swimming pool is fantastic, especially in a heat wave 😊. Highly recommend this place.

The apartment, upstairs in the refurbished original old farm building, was very nice. It was clean & tidy with a very comfortable bed. Although next to the road, with the double glazed windows noise was not an issue.

Lovely small and quiet campsite with a beautiful pool and very attractive bar area. Friendly and helpful owners. Lots to do in the area. Easy access to the Voie Verte.

Idiot next door who cleaned his toilet cassette from the drinking water stand. There are plenty out there🙄

Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu nous rendre aux Eyzies (notre chien est tombé malade) mais le camping nous a gentiment fait un avoir pour une prochaine fois, nous avons été très touchés.Avec des gestionnaires aussi sympathiques on ne peut douter du camping..

Fijne grote schaduw plekken. Goed ontvangen door eigenares van de camping.

Nous n'étions que deux, donc largement suffisant.

Nous avons grandement apprécié le camping et les services fournis(pain, et viennoiseries, mais aussi de délicieuses glaces et les derniers souvenirs à emporter) . Bref tout est parfait, propreté des équipements, accueil chaleureux, gentillesse et courtoisie, calme et détente près de la piscine ou dedans 😀, que demander de plus ? Nous serons heureux d'y revenir.

The campsite was wonderful, everything at its place. Very friendly people. Everything is in very good condition, the service is very good. We put the site on our private list of best camping sites in France.
We had a fine pitch with a lot of shadow and shirt way to the sanitaires.

We meant to stay for 3 days but ended up staying for 5. This is a wonderful place, amazing team running it, impeccable service and great location. If you aware in the area come here - you will love it.

Very spacious pitches, lots of shade (thankfully - it was 33 degrees), and very quiet. Incredible pool area, great to see the gardeners out keeping things under control.
When the time comes perhaps you could change the water taps so a hose fitting van be used to top up motorhome tanks ? Not a problem though.
