Wir möchten jedoch darauf hinweisen, dass unser Swimmingpool ein saisonaler Service ist und – wie in unseren Informationen angegeben – von etwa Mitte Juni bis Mitte September geöffnet ist. Bezüglich des Swimmingpools möchten wir jedoch gerne eine Klarstellung geben: Unser Pool ist ein saisonaler Service und nicht ganzjährig geöffnet. Der angegebene Öffnungszeitraum ist von etwa Mitte Juni bis Mitte September. Diese Information ist entsprechend in unseren Unterkunftsinformationen angegeben. Die Schließung des Pools nach diesem Zeitraum erfolgt daher aufgrund des Endes der vorgesehenen Saison und nicht aufgrund von Personalmangel. Wir bedauern, wenn dies bei Ihrem Aufenthalt zu einer anderen Erwartung geführt hat, und hoffen, Sie dennoch wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen

Regarding the evening transport, we would just like to clarify that during the weekend, as an alternative to taking a taxi, the free SMUVI service is available and operates until 1:00 a.m., allowing guests to travel to and from San Marino in the evening. As for the swimming pool, we would like to point out that, as clearly stated in our information, the pool is a seasonal facility and closes every year in mid-September, regardless of the weather conditions or temperatures. We hope you nevertheless enjoyed your stay with us and thank you again for sharing your feedback.

Regarding your comments about our staff, we would like to clarify that it is absolutely not true that our team treats guests badly, and certainly not German guests. There would be absolutely no reason for such behaviour, especially since the vast majority of our guests are German and we have always been happy to welcome them. We are sorry that you had this impression, but we do not recognise ourselves in this description of our staff and the way we treat our guests. We always strive to provide a friendly and professional service to everyone, regardless of their nationality. We also take note of your comments regarding the laundry facilities, cleanliness and Wi-Fi.

Regarding the swimming pool, we would just like to clarify that, as also indicated in the ACSI guide, the pool is a seasonal service available during the summer period and therefore closes in mid-September. We are sorry if this was not clear at the time of booking and hope you nevertheless had a pleasant stay with us.

Regarding the sanitary facilities, we would like to clarify that there are several sanitary blocks available throughout the campsite for our guests. As for the swimming pool, we would kindly point out that it is clearly stated in our information, as well as in the ACSI guide, that the pool is a seasonal facility and closes every year in mid-September, regardless of the weather conditions or the number of guests staying at the campsite. This is therefore a scheduled seasonal closure and is not related to the occupancy of the campsite.

Regarding the swimming pool, it is closed seasonally every year in mid-September, as stated in the information provided about our campsite. The requirement to wear a swimming cap is also part of the pool regulations. We are, however, sorry about the condition of the sanitary facilities and the lack of toilet paper during your stay. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we will report the matter to the staff responsible. As for your accommodation, our campsite is located in a hilly area, and some pitches naturally have a certain slope. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve.
