As for the WiFi, you're right – it's mentioned on our website, but we’ll be thinking about possible improvements over the winter. And you're absolutely right: it's the perfect excuse to read a book or play a board game 😊 Regarding the bumps on the pitch – the very dry weather and constant use this season have taken a bit of a toll, but we’ll be working on that too. Estimado Senor, Muchas gracias por su comentario y por destacar el ambiente acogedor y la limpieza de nuestro camping. 🌿 Solo queríamos precisar que disponemos de 8 duchas y 9 inodoros en total. Sin embargo, muchos clientes solo ven el bloque sanitario más nuevo, cuando en realidad también hay un bloque mixto adicional justo detrás de la piscina. Según las normativas de los campings para 55 parcelas, nuestras instalaciones sanitarias son suficientes, siempre y cuando se utilicen todos los bloques disponibles. ¡Esperamos verle de nuevo pronto y quedamos a su disposición para cualquier duda durante su estancia! Nous sommes également heureux de savoir que le cottage a répondu à vos attentes en termes de propreté et de confort. Nous avons cependant remarqué une note un peu plus réservée concernant la piscine. Il est dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu plus de détails à ce sujet : était-ce parce que vous ne l'avez pas utilisée, ou bien y avait-il un aspect qui aurait pu être amélioré ? Cela aurait pu nous permettre de mieux comprendre et peut-être d’atteindre une note globale encore plus proche de l’excellence. We are a bit surprised by your comment regarding the size of the accommodation, as you were only two guests in a 26m² mobile home designed to comfortably accommodate up to four people. When fully occupied, we usually don’t receive such remarks about space. We’re also sorry for the inconvenience caused by the flies. Being in the countryside and surrounded by animals does bring some small inconveniences at times — it’s part of the charm (and reality) of rural life. That said, we’re glad you appreciated the location and our efforts, and we do feel the rating is a little harsh considering your overall experience. We hope to welcome you again in the future! Regarding the bread service, the schedule is communicated in advance. Of course, guests are always free to go to the nearest village if they prefer to get bread earlier. As for the swimming pool, it may not be large, but we are happy to offer one—it is well-maintained and appreciated by many of our guests. Concerning the price, we are in line with other campsites in the area for the high season, and our prices reflect the quality and range of services provided: clean sanitary facilities with toilet paper and soap, hot water, free Wi-Fi, electricity and water on the pitch, and a restaurant open every evening. We were also fully booked during your stay, which confirms the value for money. We’re always working to improve, and we appreciate your feedback. We hope to welcome you again in the future. Just to clarify regarding the bread: we actually go to the bakery ourselves every morning to pick it up (there is no delivery service), and it is available at the reception from 9:00 AM. For guests who would like their bread earlier, the bakery is indeed not far—just about a 7-minute drive to the next village.
