We have taken note of your comments regarding the cleanliness of the toilet facilities. Cleaning is carried out daily, as is the replenishment of toilet paper. During busy periods, the intensive use of the facilities can unfortunately affect the results of the cleaning carried out between two checks. Please do not hesitate to speak to our on-site staff so that they can take swift action as soon as an issue is brought to their attention. As for the number of toilet blocks, their capacity meets the standards required for our classification. However, we understand that queues may form at peak times. The entertainment programme helps to create a friendly atmosphere at the campsite during the summer season. Given the heatwaves of recent weeks, we have decided, on an exceptional basis, to extend certain evenings slightly to allow everyone to enjoy a more pleasant time once the cooler weather returns. Regarding the toilet facilities, we would like to point out that our teams carry out a thorough clean three to six times a day during the high season, precisely because of the high number of visitors. We are well aware that everyone’s respect and consideration are essential to keeping these areas spotless between each use. As for the catering, we decided to make some changes to our menu during the season, notably by showcasing our burgers, which are particularly popular.
