Notre première expérience en Caravaneige… le camping est à proximité des pistes. Il est d’une propreté exemplaire. L’accès au village se fait facilement à pied (1,3 kilomètres) ou en bus. Ce camping est idéal pour profiter pleinement du ski sur chatel et les portes du soleil, mais aussi pour les randonnées et les sports de montagnes l’été. De plus il est équipée d’une piscine que nous n’avons pas pris le temps d’utiliser. Enfin les propriétaires sont chaleureux attentifs et très accueillants
Les emplacements sont spacieux pour les campings cars. Ils sont propres et plats… les blocs sanitaires sont chauffés, bien équipés avec toujours cette odeur de propre. Le local a ski se divise en 2 parties, l’une pour déposer les skis Et l’autre pour déposer ses chaussures au séchoirs. Le tout regrouper dans une laverie pour laver et sécher son linge (idéal pour les combinaison apres le ski et serviette de bain).

First time we have stayed at L’Oustalet and we will be back! They have thought of everything to make a campervan skiing holiday as carefree and comfortable as it gets! From hot, clean showers to boot and drying rooms, and less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest lift, or 2 minutes on a free bus. Even has a pool and a sauna but we didn’t bring our swimmers so couldn’t take advantage sadly. Also only a 20-30 minute walk into the centre of Chatel or again get the free bus, the number 2 stops right outside the campsite entrance! We have stayed in many campsites, this is one of the best by far!
Only recommendation would be a bar and a small shop?

Skibus stops at the camping's entrance. Very short walk from skiboot to bus stop, very convenient. Sanitary was very clean at all times. Friendly people. They guided us to our parking spot. Good bread service.

Tout ! Proximité pistes de ski, piscine chauffée, propreté des sanitaires, accueil super sympa. Le jour du départ, j'ai demandé de rester jusqu'à 14-15h pour pouvoir skier le matin et manger avant de partir : accordé avec le sourire ! Au top ! Un matin, ma commande petits pains + baguettes n'a pas été notée : ils sont allé récupérer tout ça à la boulangerie pour me l'apporter à mon emplacement 10 min après !!!
Emplacement CCar en face des sanitaires en partie haute : parfait pour en profiter facilement. En + notre exposition nous a permis de profiter du soleil toute la journée : génial

The campsite is always immaculate and clean, very well thought out. Thank you we really appreciate your hard work.
Have a shower to wash and shampoo after a swim, but this is just a nice to have as literally everything is done so well. I don't understand why it isn't 4 or 5 star.
