Very warm welcome. Great size pitch and location. Very clean facilities. Would definitely recommend.
Great size and firm ground. Nicely positioned amongst the trees with adequate privacy. Electric and water to hand.

on reçoit un excellent accueil avec beaucoup d'explication pour pouvoir nous mettre plat et quelque conseil bien utile les emplacement sont très grand et très bien stabilisé camping très calme nous avons aimé la restauration sur place tout le camping est très très propre les sanitaire sont irréprochable que du bonheur pour notre séjour

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chateau Gandspette, from the friendly welcome, through the well appointed facilities, and specious pitches, the enjoyable bar/restaurant with friendly, efficient staff. Very conveniently located for exploring the Pas-de-Calais area, with supermarket and boulangerie nearby.

Plenty of space, water and electricity nearby, nice privacy and shade planting and the cutest hens we have ever seen

Lovely rural setting, quiet, especially at night(very important to me), clean well maintained toilets/showers. A really pleasant bar/ restaurant, with take away food available(at very reasonable prices), but perhaps most important of all, the staff are always very helpful, polite, friendly, and given that I don't speak French, most if not all staff speak English. I love the little chicken's foraging around too.
I cannot think of any improvements, except maybe a few shrubs overhanging the roads in places that didn't affect me, but may be of some annoyance to folk with large camper's/caravans. Even this point is probably down to the lateness of my stay, ie, September.
We pitched our tents on a green space to the north of the site, that was as I say, nice and quiet with a toilet/ shower block a short distance away. The green area was a little undulating, but by a little investigating we found two level pitches, and I would say they were near perfect.

Met 6 personen is stacaravan wel krap. Met 2 personen prima te doen.

Excellent site whether for stop off before/after channel crossing or for longer stay taking in the Blockhouse and La Coupole. Good food in restaurant! Pleasant and helpful staff.

De medewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prachtig onderhouden park.
Stacaravan ziet er prachtig en zeer schoon en verzorgd uit.
De papieren lakens in combinatie met een deken vonden wij zeer onprettig en niet hygiënisch. Lakens blijven niet goed liggen waardoor je regelmatig alleen onder de deken lag. Misten een paar haken om je jas aan op te hangen. Moesten nu over de stoel hangen. Gezien er geen winkeltje op het terrein is, zou een rol wc-papier geen overbodige luxe zijn. Nu moet je eerst op zoek naar een supermarkt.

Prachtige locatie bij kasteel en in het groen. Mooie beschutte plaatsen met tussenhaagjes en scharrelende kippetjes. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer, we voelden ons hier meteen thuis. Helaas maar 1 nacht gebleven maar zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
