We stayed for 3 nights. The sight was very pleasing to the eye, we noted all the pitches were on a slope that were offered. The Restaurant wasn't open, and on the web site it states it will be open between the months of April and September, so I was disappointed that we were missing informed because if I knew I that it was closed I would not have booked. The internet didn't work, the reception guy was very good but didn't offer up the WiFi Code and explain that we had to Log off and on again after the 10g data had expired. The WiFi access code should be offered at arrival.

As stated on our website, the restaurant is open every evening from late April to mid-September, from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly if you require further details regarding our opening hours. Regarding the Wi-Fi, we could have explained how it works again; our on-site team is available to help you. Cher Monsieur, Nous avons pris connaissance de votre retour et sommes étonnés de lire votre surprise sur la non-ouverture de certaines de nos installations en ce mois d'avril. Comme vous avez dû le voir au moment de la réservation et sur notre site internet, nos deux piscines ouvrent leurs portes de mai à fin aôut, ce qui explique pourquoi elles n'étaient pas encore accessibles lors de votre passage début avril. Nos tarifs reflètent l'ensemble de nos prestations et surtout le cadre naturel privilégié que propose notre domaine : un parc arboré de 11 hectares offrant calme et de vastes emplacements. C'est cette atmosphère paisible que nos visiteurs recherchent, souvent comme une étape reposante avant de prendre le Ferry ou pour explorer les richesses des Hauts-de-France. A beautiful campsite - very cared for and Julien is a superb host. Facilities are fantastic. We stayed one night but are planning our return to stay a week.

Stayed for 1 night en route to Le Shuttle - perfect location. Château du Gandspette is a smart site with modern clean facilities. We will use again & probably stay a little longer to explore the area.

A lovely site with good sized pitches,very good facilities and and only 25 mins from calais the guy on reception was very helpful and funny as well. liked his mini.

well prepared pitch with plastic squares set in grass so no mud, although makes using levelling blocks difficult to get on as they slip

Vriendelijke ontvangst, ruime plaatsen, parkachtige, goed onderhouden omgeving, hondvriendelijk, ruim voldoende watertappunten. Schoon en goed sanitair, goed bereikbaar camperstation. Tja.. We waren er eind september dus het zwembad en het restaurant hebben we niet kunnen proberen. Volop wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden en een indrukwekkend oorlogsmonument en museum op loopafstand.
Ik zou het niet weten. Mooi weer?

We were able to pick our pitch. They were spacious. Toilets were clean.
The grass needed cutting so when wet after rain the dog and our shoes were always wet and muddy. I guess we went the wrong time of year, end September so things were closing down.

There was nothing to enjoy about our stay.
Cleanliness around the campsite and the customer service.
Again, nothing to say here.
All pitches in the area we had seemed to be on a slope. The pools were closed but however a cover or draining them would be better than green stagnant water. While in the shower the next morning the cleaners were in and were spraying bleach into the shower cubicles. Due to the way they were doing this bleach was getting sprayed under the cubicle from each side all over my feet and shoes. When I explained this to the staff member at reception, he just laughed! I asked him if that was acceptable as it has damaged my shoes. His reply was to laugh and smile. The worst attitude.
