We went in mid March in our campervan. The site was relatively quiet and we had opted for the private bathroom option. This was a super clean facility with our own toilet, shower, sink, fridge and lovely heated tower rail. In the outside section there was a large washing up sink. Pitch size was moderate. Location of the site next to the beach was wonderful and only a short 20 minute walk to Barfleur; well worth visiting.
Better signage to the location of the bins and recycling.
Very clean and modern, quick heating boiler providing hot water. The tower rail heats up the cabin nicely so you don’t get cold if you need to use the toilet in the middle of the night. Although we didn’t use the fridge, it was a really nice addition which I’m sure we would have made use of in the summer months.

Camping a l'abandon pas entretenu les propriétaires sont absents et quand on les voient pas de bonjour eau des sanitaires très tièdes et le chauffage est insuffisant ce n'est pas parce que c'est un 2 étoiles qu'il ne faut pas 'sen occupé

We stayed in a hard standing pitch with hookup and a private bathroom/kitchenette. The pitch was quite muddy and we were surprised we needed to clean the bathroom after (which made us think maybe only the people who used it before cleaned it?) The site also needed quite a few fixes - such as broken fences and long grass. Very quiet site and super close to the beach and lots of coastal walks. Short 20 minutes walk to the nearest town with a few lovely little restaurants. Overall, a good stay and we were undisturbed.
As we were staying during off season, maybe many of the fixes would be done by summer. We had plenty of space and it was super quiet, but once it’s full, we imagine it would feel very crowded. Suggest visiting in off season like we did for a better experience.
Very quiet and secluded, could see the stars and hear the sea at night, so very atmospheric. Private facilities are great - perfect toilet, shower, fridge and space for food prep/washing up. Level pitch.
Muddy pitch. We noticed other pitches had some wooden squares/slabs that could be arranged as a path, but we didn’t have any so we collected a few from an empty pitch, which helped us stay off the mud. After finding out we should clean the bathroom it made us question whether it is professionally cleaned or whether they rely on the guest who is leaving to clean it. So whilst it looked clean, it may not have been.

Accueil depuis mon arrivée jusqu'à mon départ est irréprochable. Logement correspondant à mes attentes , propre et correctement équipé.

Le camping a vue mer , Emplacement avec un endroit stable pour l camping car et un espace pour s installer. On peut vider eau grise ,wc et faire plein eau pour le prix de l'emplacement avec électricité.,bon accueil. Camping a mi chemin entre barfleur et le phare de gatteville.commerce rapide a vélo.

Bonjour Jocelyne, Un grand merci pour ce retour qui nous fait plaisir ! Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez été sensible à notre accueil et que vous ayez pu profiter de la quiétude du camping. Vous avez raison, la proximité avec la mer et la possibilité de rejoindre à pied Barfleur "la perle du Val de Saire", est un bel atout. Rien de tel qu’une balade sur le GR223 pour s’imprégner de l’atmosphère de notre péninsule. Nous espérons que cette escapade en Normandie vous aura laissé de beaux souvenirs et l'envie de revenir explorer davantage les trésors de la péninsule du Cotentin. Die Lage, Barfleur gut zu Fuß erreichbar .. auch für Hunde gibt es genug Wanderwege.
Sehr angenehm zu dieser Jahreszeit war die Sanitäranlage an unserem Premium Stellplatz.

Die Lage des Campingplatzes und die privaten sanitären Anlagen

Der Stellplatz ist ausreichend groß und hat eben gut befestigten Untergrund
Es wäre toll wenn die Plätze nicht nur befestigt sondern auch eben wären, so das auch Wohnwagen ohne nivelierungssystem grade stehen.
