Loved the ambience, the quality of facilities and the hard working staff.
Just an arrow to point us in the right direction when we arrived - we were probably too tired to fully absorb the signs. The ordering at bar for food was a bit chaotic as not everyone understood to do that.
The pitch we stayed on was well maintained and we received great information from staff on arrival

Lovely large pitch, well kept facilities, friendly staff, nice bar and good restaurant. Short walk to the village which is charming you can walk along the canal with dogs

Very disappointed with my stay and really you have let yourself down , the site was full you closed all showers and toilets except one men’s block 2 showers and two toilets to share in the men’s and women had to use same also the pool was closed but the prices were still expensive. I know the site is due to close next day but it was still open and you had taken our money but not provided facilities I won’t come again many people were complaining.
Don’t close facilities unitil the site closes!

Nous avons passé de belles vacances dans ce parc merveilleux mais nous regrettons le manque d'empatie et de chaleur du staff....à l'exception de la dame qui a nettoyé les sanitaires :-).
- pissoires non entretenus - pas possible de chosir librement son emplacement. Ayant annoncé lors de l'arrivée un séjour de quinze jours, on essayait de nous guider vers un emplacement petit et peu accueillant malgré que beaucoups d'autres emplacements étaient libres. Un libre choix pour les campeurs, surtout pour un séjour prolongé, serait le bienvenu. N.B.: après demande, on nous a quand-même autorisé à changer d'emplacement.

We had a great time at la Bien Assise! It was perfect for our needs. We wanted a shot break and so did not want to travel too far from Calais. The site was lovely, with great facilities. We found the shop, bar, snack bar and takeaway food service really good and very useful if you wanted. The wood fired pizzas looked great although we didn't have them. We loved getting our bread and pastries in the morning. The pool was perfect for our needs. We also loved the Pas de Calais region and can't wait to come back!
The kids splash pool was closed, which would have helped the main pool be less crowded. The area around the pool is quite limited and just concrete. Grass would have been nicer, or a larger area.
We had a good shady spot and were close to amenities.
A curfew on vehicles driving late at night would be good as it was noisy at night where we were placed with people coming and going. There was no food waste facility.

The calmness is quite new when all are back to school. The friendliness .
Trees behind chalet 1-4 to be pollarding for some late summer sunshine.
All fine except for only tv channel was Disney in German. Much preferred French channel.

Nice sunny spacious plot, easy access. Clean facilities, super helpful and friendly staff. No say access to ferry or tunnel.

Von der ersten Minute an hat man das Gefühl, das man nach Hause kommt. Der freundliche Empfang, das gepflegte Gelände, die sauberen Sanitären Einrichtung und die Ruhe auf dem Platz. Einfach gesagt, ein tolles Erlebnis
Trotz langem Nachdenken fällt mir nichts ein, was man noch besser machen kann.
Die Parzelle war unserer Wunsch. Alles gut.
Aus meiner Sicht wäre jeder andere Vorschlag nicht gut. Der Platz und das Konzept sind der Grund, warum wir zum wiederholten Male dort waren. Warum etwas ändern, was einem bereits sehr gut gefällt.

Bewegwijzering. Soms een puzzel waar is wat. In de folder ook aangeven waar wat is.
Eigen douche, toilet en wastafel. Geeft een prettig gevoel
Trapje naar de ingang van het huisje met douche etc. is wel een beetje glad bij regen

Prachtig park met mooie en heel grote plekken voor caravans en campers. Vriendelijk personeel.
Handdoekjes bij handen wassen in de toiletten. Bij verblijf begin september was winkel al bijna leeg! Toiletten zijn op zich prima in orde en schoon, maar absoluut geen 5 sterren! Zwembad ging al op 5 september dicht ?!

Magnifique endroit avec un super acceuil (pas toujours le cas en fin de saison dans d' autres camping ) très propre et Personnel acceuil resto snack nettoyage très agréable un cadre magnifique reposant je recommande 💯 pourcent

Die Ruhe und Sauberkeit des Platzes sowie der Sanitäreinrichtungen...die Duscharmaturen könnten neuer sein da man sich beim abspülen der Haare sich ab und zu stößt..

Platz war ziemlich schräg das ich mit zwei Unterlegkeilen arbeiten musste...Abwasseranschluß war verschlossen

we decided to stay another night in france on our way home this was just so perfect and close to the tunnel everything was just great so clean; friendly staff; spacious pitches restaurant food was fab; defiantly will stay again for longer to explore the area!!
