Peaceful, back to nature and very few people
Very quiet, lovely views, welcoming ....a truly back to nature site...quite basic but had toilet and a nice hot shower, a really lovely place to chill out and some good bike riding too.

We contacted the owner prior to arrival and were given the choice of two pitches which would be suitable (medium tent, no electric hook up, private, with view, shade, near to a sanitary block). There was ample space to park our large (7 seater) car, and the pitch was screened by trees and natural vegetation which provide shade, with a view across the landscape.
I have arthritis in my hands and found it very difficult to lock the toilet door in the nearest sanitary block (the lowest on the site, there are 3 at different levels)
The pitch was as described - in fact I felt I should check with the owner prior to putting up the tent as it was large enough for more tents and I thought perhaps it was intended for a group rather than a single tent!
I found it difficult to see the numbers of the pitches from the car on arrival - I was the passenger in a right hand drive car - but that could be due to my age and eyesight!

vanaf de camping met de auto naar het treinstation en Lyon een paar keer bezocht. Gewandeld in het natuurpark Pilat, gefietst in de buurt en langs de Rhone naar Vienne. En heerlijk niets gedaan op de camping. Boodschappen in dorpje vlakbij.

ruime en vrije plek voor de tent. Eenvoudig sanitair, maar geen probleem doordat er meerdere gebouwtjes zijn en een rustige bezetting.

The caravan was very spacious with a lot of private space surrounding it. We ended up at location 3, which was a bigger and newer caracan. It had everything: pots, pans, fridge, cutlery, a small terrace. Got great tips from the owner about things to do in the area. There a lot of beautiful hikes to do nearby.
Caravan 3 (we were at another spot) made our stay chill - while still being in nature. Reading a book in front of the caravan, cooking, playing games inside. We had a great time!

Het was ontzettend jammer dat er totaal geen onderhoud word gepleegd. Dat maakt de camping een beetje sjofel

Fijn afgeschermde ruime vlakke plaats.
De plaatsen boven op de camping beter voor een auto toegankelijk maken.
De ruimte en de rust. Brood werd ‘‘s morgens bij de tent gebracht.

Nous sommes restés seulement le temps d'un week-end orageux et pluvieux mais ça n'a rien changé au charme du camping. Les emplacements sont bien espacés, le cadre est parfait pour se reposer au calme.
