The site had great facilities for us and our touring caravan. The reception was very helpful and responsive. We used the indoor swimming pool and it was good but the outdoor had already closed for the end of season. Sanitary facilities are excellent. The city of Troyes is a lovely place to visit though there was really no easy way to get there except to drive by car. We found a beautiful restaurant La Belvdere by the lake where we had dinner on one evening.
The pitch was fully serviced and clean and tidy. The staff helped us to choose a pitch where we could get a satellite signal to watch some TV and the sanitary facilities were a short walk away.

D'une manière générale, bonne organisation. Dans la zone sanitaire, des urinoirs pourraient également être installés pour les hommes.

Good location, well maintained site and the hardstanding pitches are great. Very friendly welcome and all staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Great bar area. There is also a restaurant and indoor/outdoor pool (we didn't use). Good cycle paths around the lake.
The site has been upgraded to include hardstanding pitches, some with private facilities since our last stay 2 years ago. This is a good improvement.

Just an overnight stay on our way home. This place does look top notch, especially for families as there seems to be lots to do on site and off site. The restaurant looked good. The sanitary block was of very high quality and they are obviously continually making improvements.
I would have expected the early morning cleaner of the sanitary block to report the fact that there was no hot water rather than relying on guests to report it. This is because we had an early start and even if I had reported it then there is no way it would have been fixed before we left. Unfortunate but still annoying. Having a single chemical toilet emptying unit at the sanitary unit will probably be quite frustrating in high season.
Brilliant. Fairly level and water tap had great pressure.

Der Aufenthalt auf dem Campingplatz war sehr angenehm. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, einzig die Anzahl der Toiletten im Waschhaus ist morgens zu gering und führt teileweise zu Wartezeiten (!!!). Für Motorradfahrer ist die Umgebung ungeeignet und bietet wenig Kurven und wenig aufregende Ausblicke. Der Stausee wird im September stark geleert, Baden/Freizeitaktivitäten sind dann nicht mehr möglich. Die Stauseen sind umfassend von einem Deich umgeben und bieten bei einer Umfahrung keine Sicht auf das Wasser.

Fijne camping voor heen- of terugreis, voor een paar nachten. Slechts 1 nacht boeken is zonde.
Kleine opstoppingen bij de slagboom mogelijk, zeker bij vertrek denk je er niet aan dat je dan ook de code nodig hebt (om de camping te verlaten).
Fijn om eigen sanitair te hebben. Gloednieuw. En de plaats zelf was mooi en ruim.
Graag haakjes en plankjes bij het eigen sanitair, het was nu zoeken waar je je spullen laat.

Dommage que le restaurant n'ouvrait que le soir, il y a encore beaucoup de gens en vacances en septembre

Il y avait des toiles d'araignées un peu partout. Il faudrait mettre un aspirateur à disposition, c'est quand même compliqué de rendre un logement propre avec un simple balais qui ne balaye pas grand chose.

Nous avons l'habitude de venir séjourner au camping du lac d'orient et nous sommes toujours ravis
Eventuellement développer un espace détente SPA JACCUZZI ...

Super mooie camping met grote sanitairs.
Personeel was niet zo vriendelijk, je merkte dat het de laatste weken zijn dat ze geopend zijn. Personeel aan de receptie & Personeel in de winkel mochten wel wat vriendelijker. Personeel in de bar was dan weer top!

Personnel réactif à la moindre demande:changement d'emplacement suite à des nuisances la nuit du voisinage. Prolongation de l'espace piscine extérieur par rapport à la météo.
Le gardien de nuit devrait plus souvent faire une ronde pour les nuisances sonores éventuellement.Le revêtement (liner) au fond de la piscine à revoir.
Chacun a bien son espace délimité. Pas de vis à vis.
