Warm welcome. Owners very helpful. Quiet little site....apart from the noisy toads...take ear plugs!
Looks very unkempt in areas...especially the caravans that have been there a long time...lodges could do with painting and new decking around the campsite. You need a car to get around really, ok for a motorhome for a short stop. Better lighting in the showers and toilets would be good.

We booked just the night before enroute to Calais for our return crossing expecting nothing. WOW did we get a surprise. An absolutely beautiful site fabulous staff and charming restaurant/bar area. Definitely use again.
Very large spaces for our 8m Motorhome. I would give 15 if I could for Quality price ratio. An absolute gem of a find

The site was a convenient stopover on the way north
The disabled facilities were very poor
The concrete blocks were in theory a good idea but not for us because we could not deploy our automatic levelling jacks because they overhung the blocks and the grass
There were hundreds of flies which we should perhaps have anticipated because of water

Accueil très bien aussi bien au téléphone que sur place. La cabane pour pêcheur réservée pour une nuit n’étant pas disponible à notre arrivée, il nous a été donné un mobilhome tout confort. Etant pélerins, nous avons apprécié le confort et la proximité de la nature.

Vriendelijke dame (eigenaresse ) aan receptie met opracht hartelijk welkom. Wij bezochten deze op de weg terug naar Nederland, om na 2 weken actief wandelen en fietsen even 2 dagen te relaxen . Klein zwembad, 28 graden niet groot maar precies goed om je af en toe te verkoelen bij deze eertse warme dagen in weken. Ook als je niet voor het vissen komet een fijne plek.Net sanitair, supermarktje om de hoek ( ma-Za ) Aanrader, wij onthouden deze als terugweg camping.
Plek lozen vuilwater camper te smal.
Ruime plekken, met haag afscheiding tot ooghoogte. Cee aansluiting. Wifi was inclusief. Je moet hier wel tegen kikker gewaak kunnen, maar wij vonden dat juist grappig :-))
De uitstortplek vuilwater camper is voor alles groter als een camper-busje te smal. Moest achteruit terug.
