Nous avons aimé la sympathie de tout le personnel, la "rue" commerçante, les toboggans et avons adoré la soirée "Phil Collins". Les lunettes pour pouvoir observer l'éclipse _super geste!
Le service au restaurant La Villa n'était pas bien. SVP proposez une alternative aux chicken dips pour les enfants! Cela ne doit pas être si compliqué de préparer des pâtes bolo ou carbonara. Le linge de lit est trop juste. Nous devions refaire notre lit tous les jours de A à Z. Le protège-matelas ne tenait pas... Les spectacles sont de très bon niveau mais assez ennuyeux _nous aurions aimé rire un peu plus. Pour la piscine, jamais de transats disponibles _même pas 1. Il fallait être à l'affut dès qu'1 se libérait. Le système de carte pour y accéder est contraignant.
Le cottage était correct.

Ein sehr gut organisierter Platz mit hohem Standard und schönem Zugang zum Meer. Viele Animationen für Kinder und Jugendliche. Sehr freundliches Personal. Man gibt sich in allen Bereichen sehr viel Mühe.
Ich finde es sehr schlecht und gefährlich, dass die Mietfahrräder ohne Beleuchtung sind. Es rasen tagsüber schon viel zu viele Roller und Räder wie wild über den Platz. Sobald es dunkel ist, hat man aber keine Chance mehr, diese rechtzeitig zu erkennen. Ein Nachtfahrverbot für alle unbeleuchteten Fahrzeuge sollte eingeführt werden.

Dichter Mückenschutz an allen Fenstrrn und Türen sollte Standard sein.

Both the Lagoon and the Balneo were great. The lagoon was good fun for all ages and the Balneo gave us relaxing adult time.
Both restaurants were too upmarket for regular family meals. We used them for 1st night and last night special meals but the site needs a cheaper family restaurant.
Air-conditioning, good shower, spacious kitchen/ lounge.
The main bedroom is too small, we struggled to get in and out of bed due to the very narrow space around it. The chairs on the deck were uncomfortable and need cushions.

Die weite Anreise lohnt sich total. Campingplatz mit Top-Qualität, FKK-Strand mit Hund, Balneo zum Schwimmen und Top-Restaurants. Und das alles in einer wunderschönen Umgebung.

Wir können nur Gutes berichten. Schöne, gepflegte Unterkunft in grüner Umgebung. Village liegt direkt am feinen Sandstrand. Ausnahmslos sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Reichhaltiges Animationsangebot auch auf deutsch(!). Besonders hervorzuheben: Das Ressort unterhält ein unglaublich gutes, talentiertes und professionelles Artistik-Team, mit hochwertigen, unterhaltsamen Shows auf höchstem Unterhaltungsniveau. Wir waren wirklich beeindruckt. Kein Vergleich zu anderen Animationsshows in anderen, vergleichbaren Camping-Ressorts. Tänzer und Artisten sind echte Vollprofis. Großes Lob!
- Unser 9-jähriger Sohn hat sich weder bei den Minis (4-9 Jahre, Angebote eher für kleinere Kinder) noch bei der Jugendgruppe (10-13) gut aufgehoben gefühlt, so dass er das Animationsangebot nicht genutzt hat. - Bei der Karaoke-Nacht vielleicht vorher mal nachfragen, ob die Gäste die Songs, die sie vortragen möchten, auch schon mal geübt haben ;-) - Ohne eigenes Auto (wir sind mit der Bahn angereist) ist das Ressort schwer (nur mit Taxi oder Uber) zu erreichen. Die Busverbindung von Beziers nach Serignan Plage günstig (1€) aber umständlich und etwas unzuverlässig.
Schön gelegen und die Cottages sind so arrangiert, dass man sich nicht gegenseitig auf die Terrasse gucken muss. Eine defekte Dusche wurde innerhalb von 15 min repariert. Toller Service. Klimanlage vorhanden und wichtig, allein um die Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Nacht zu reduzieren (einmal ca. 95% rel. Luftfeuchte bei 25°C des nachts).
Der Esstisch in der Unterkunft ist etwas zu groß geraten, so dass er immer etwas im Weg war und man sich nur umständlich auf die Sitzbank setzen konnte.

Séjour vraiment formidable, toute l’équipe du camping est vraiment adorable et bienveillante. L’équipe des kid’s club et junior club plus qu’au top! Ravie comme à chaque fois, vivement l’été prochain !

We had an amazing time. The site is lovely, beach, pool, shops and entertainment was top notch. The customer service was incredible. I can't thank management enough for saving us when a storm hit & destroyed out tent. I also want to thank the lost property manager. I would highly recommend. I would say it is "all singing & all dancing" & loud music goes on quite late so if this isn't for you bear this in mind. My kids had the best time & we all enjoyed the dancing too! Thank you SO much team for a great holiday.
Hard to say, but more washing machines as this was a bit of a stress point. Perhaps more warning that music is late into the night when you book as this might have been a shock to some who like early nights. I would like the option for the inside pool to be for all, not just babies. More mid priced restaurants maybe.
The pitch was big and spacious. There aren't many tents, it's mainly campers. We were in a tent. Nothing really to complain about. It was sandy so this is useful to know.

Nous avons aimé la propreté du camping, l'accès direct à la plage, la mise à disposition de vélos, la balnéo, les toboggans, l'architecture. Les spectacles étaient de qualité et le fait qu'ils se fassent à proximité du bar est pratique.
Nous n'avons pas aimé le système de carte pour l'entrée à la piscine et à la balnéo. Le système des bracelets est beaucoup plus pratique.

Absolutely brilliant. Couldn’t fault one thing, resort, accommodation, facilities, food, entertainment and beach were all great.

Loved it!!!! We were only 3 people so had plenty of space. Really well equipped with nice glasses and crockery. Beautiful terrace and the area around the cabins is so well designed so you have privacy and no one is overlooked. Great BBQ too. Well located close to pool, square and beach.
Too much furniture inside - we had to move the table against the wall - it would have been better not to have it in there at all. Floor inside needed a proper clean - I spilt some water so had to wipe it up and saw how dirty the floor was

Een prachtige, groene en zeer verzorgde camping. Alles wordt continu netjes bijgehouden en ondanks de grootte voelt de camping helemaal niet massaal. De cottages staan speels verspreid, waardoor je veel privacy hebt. Het zwembad en vooral het spetterparadijs waren fantastisch voor onze dochter van 2. Veel schaduw, fijne ligbedden en volop animatie. Ook de bakker, slager, visboer en restaurants waren een groot pluspunt. Het strand ligt op slechts 5 minuten lopen.
Eigenlijk weinig! Het diepe zwembad kan op drukke momenten behoorlijk druk zijn en rond 11.00 uur zijn veel ligbedden bezet. Reserveren bij de restaurants is zeker aan te raden. Het enige echte verbeterpunt voor ons was de wifi: bij onze accommodatie was deze niet altijd stabiel en ook het 5G-bereik was daar erg slecht.
De cottage stond heel vrij en had daardoor verrassend veel privacy. Door de speelse opzet van de camping voelde het terras heerlijk rustig en met het schaduwdoek was er altijd een fijne plek buiten. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, de airconditioning werkte goed en de bedden waren comfortabel. Een eigen parkeerplek vlak bij de cottage en twee fietsen waren erg handig. Vanaf de cottage was alles binnen ongeveer 3 minuten lopen bereikbaar.
Eigenlijk weinig. De wifi in de cottage was niet altijd stabiel en het mobiele bereik was beperkt. Verder zouden we geen grote verbeterpunten kunnen noemen. De accommodatie was compleet, netjes en comfortabel en de ligging op de camping was voor ons ideaal.

Er was zeker genoeg te doen voor alle leeftijden alleen jammer dat dit via een app ging en voor enkele activiteiten lukten ons het aanmelden niet.

Nous avons passé 15 jours excellents. La cabane Robinson était vraiment confortable (et la literie parfaite !). Sur place tout est pensé pour qu'on se sente bien, les infrastructures, le personnel très souriant et pro. La piscine et les toboggans sont vraiment fait pour passer de bons moments en famille, le spa idéal pour passer un moment calme... Bref nous sommes enchantés et reviendrons ! Je tiens à souligner le service de sécurité qui est au top et la nuit ce fût un vrai soulagement car nous avons une ado qui rentrait tard. La sécurité était toujours très présente sur la plage aussi.
