Precioso y tranquilo camping, ideal para descansar, en un entorno único. Es muy bonito y los trabajadores son muy simpáticos.
Por decir algo, los baños no son de cinco estrellas y se agradecería que hubiera alguna información en español
La parcela era espectacular. Tenemos una caravana muy grande y los vecinos seguían lejos. Genial!!
Thank you for the beautifull grade. As for the toilets, it is a back-up toilet block, the main one is near the castle and yes, we can have information in spanish but so few Spanish people come to Chanteloup, it wasn't a problem ;)

Excellent location. Well kept grounds. Friendly staff. Great for families.
Wider choice of spirits in the bar. A few more sun beds around the pool.
Quiet and peaceful location. Nice shower. Comfy beds.
Maybe provide some cushions for the benches outside. Cabins are a little dated and need an overhaul. Few more plug sockets. I picked up a couple of splinters in my feet from the deck.

Goede vlakke plekken, groen met oude grote loofbomen, ruim, private plekken en gezamelijke plek rondom centraal veld met grote boom en water, eind augustus was er veel ruimte met 20% geschatte bezetting, jonge mensen bij receptie spreken en zijn behulpzaam, zwembad is prima met veel jonge kinderen, alles is aanwezig, nette douches, bakker voor brood in de ochtend en klein restaurant.
Restaurant is vrij klein dus vroeg reserveren, eten is oke maar niet bijzonder (kleine porties, pizza lijkt op supermarkt pizza en rij vet en prijzig). Sommige douches geven weinig water. Er is een centraal plein met alle faciliteiten dus afstand kan groot zijn als je aan de rand van de camping staat. Vrij weinig in de omgeving maar mogelijk als uitvalsbasis voor Le Mans of Parijs. Over het algemeen ervaren kampeerders op doorreis (Fendt met Mazda 5 / Ford Kuga / Subaru Forester type). Veel Engelsen en door aanwezigheid kasteel Nederlandse snobs.
Prima, op het veld bij het kasteel vrij kaal en open maar wel ruimtelijk. Bomen geven beschutting maar ook geritsel de hele nacht (hadden veel wind tijdens verblijf). Alles werkte dus prima, electra ziet er nieuw uit, water (drinkbaar) was op 30 meter centraal aanwezig en prima. Wifi eerst 2 uur gratis per persoon met code op het terrein en bij receptie altijd gratis en werkte prima. Al met al beter dan gemiddeld dan de standaard Franse 4/5 sterren camping / op gelijk niveau met Nederlandse/Duitse 4 sterren camping.
Omgeving druk (stad/snelweg). Restaurant voor nood prima maar meer ook niet. Brood is vrij prijzig en de zeer kleine nood winkel ook maar goed dat ze er zijn. Veel Engelsen / snobs omdat je in de kasteeltuin campeert, dat zorgt voor luidruchtige gesprekken van Nederlanders om te laten horen wat ze allemaal niet weten en Engelsen die gitaar gaan spelen. Muziek kan leuk zijn maar dan moet je wel kunnen spelen en niet anderen hinderen. Staf zou dit op de centrale lounge plek niet moeten toestaan. Ook voetballen zou in lounge plek geweerd moeten worden. Drank is daardoor omgegaan, plek zat elders.

Die herzliche Begrüßung und das super freundliche Team. Wunderschöne Überraschung war der gemeinsame Grillabend mit weiß gedeckten Tischen, an dem es leckere Getränke gratis gab. Wunderbar war auch der Pool, der eine angenehme Größe hat, um darin zu schwimmen. Der Campingplatz ist achtsam durchdacht. Die Aufstellung der Zelte und Autos im Kreis ist wirklich toll und bietet jedem einen tollen Blick auf die beeindruckend schöne Schloßskulisse. Auch das Bistrot und die Bar sind sehr zufrieden empfehlen und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Auch im Außenbereich. Morgens kam ein mobiler Bäcker ;)
Der Weg zum Sanitärbereich ist nachts etwas düster. Etwas Licht auf dem Bereich davor wäre schön.
Ein schöner Platz im Kreise der anderen Camper. Der Campingplatz ist groß, aber familiär und idyllisch.

From the moment you arrive you are made welcome. This campsite is well maintained,beautifully laid out with excellent facilities. The area around the chateau is lovely with a terrace where you can relax with a glass of good wine! There is a pool set in a lawn and a great children’s play area set apart from the camping. Bread and croissants available every morning and they are good! Nice clean toilet block and showers and a great restaurant too! Fully deserves its 5 star rating. We will be back!

It was extremely hot during our first few days and air conditioning would have been welcomed but other than that, it’s fantastic.

Douches, boiler was drie dagen stuk. Er was een vervangende doucheunits voorzien, maar was niet zeer comfortabel.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Regarding the temporary showers, we are aware that they did not offer the same level of comfort as our usual facilities. Unfortunately, our boiler broke down in the middle of the high season, so we had to quickly find a temporary solution to ensure that our guests could still have access to hot showers while the necessary repairs were being carried out. As for the dust, the paths throughout the estate are indeed unpaved in order to preserve the natural and authentic character of the grounds. With the drought and high temperatures, they can unfortunately become particularly dusty during the summer. We are sorry that these issues affected your stay and thank you for your understanding.

De camping heeft een authentieke uitstraling door het chateau. Mooie ruime plaatsen en verzorgd schoon sanitair. Mooi zwembad met ligbedden. Leuk barretje waar je wat kan drinken en een leuk restaurantje. Kortom, een zeer aangenaam verblijf.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Chateau! The staff was welcoming at all times, the ground are absolutely beautiful and so well-kept with a 'cosy' feeling. We loved the daily morning boulangerie stop at the Chateau, the kid loved kids club and our cabin in the woods was perfect! We even were helped in such a swift and kind way when we forgot something behind. We shall definitively be back!
We wish that kids club was longer/that there were more opportunities for them to enjoy themselves with other kids at the Chateau!
