Un gran sitio para pasar las vacaciones de verano, el camping de lo mejor que hemos visto, limpio, pequeñito que es mejor si se va con peques..... Y muy bien comunicado en referencia para visitar sitios sin tener que mover el coche

Lage, Größe der Lodge
Preis Leistungs Verhältnis für die Lodge stimmt nicht: keine Handtücher, kein Wasserkocher, kein Toster,, die Ersatzliste mit den Euro-Beträgen, die ganzen Regeln - auch am Pool. Es wurde uns suggeriert, dass die Gäste entweder alles kaputt machen oder alles mitnehmen…Also ob die Gäste geduldet werden. Und das bei diesem Preis. Wir sind mittlerweile in Schenna in einem 4 Sterne Hotel, haben ein 45m2 Zimmer, Halbpension. 2 Pools ohne Regeln und zahlen das gleiche.
Größe der Lodge, Lage, Sauberkeit
Ausstattung, Mückengitter, Handtücher etc, Kleinteiliges Regelwerk, wackeligen Sitzmöbel auf der Terrasse- man denkt sie brechen jeden Moment zusammen. Auf Nachfrage: Sind halt schon so ausgeleiert…kann man nix machen = Preis/Leistung ist einfach nicht gerechtfertigt

The facilities, the pool, the views.
Make it a little clearer what each pitch type offers when booking. Pitch A was very tight when swinging vehicles around and that wasn't overly clear when booking. Please put soap in the children's bathroom. It was the only letdown.
Water very close to all pitches. Close to the pool. Good location for all facilities. Privacy with plentiful trees surrounding each pitch. Views.
Too small. We were only a small campervan with an awning but the space to get out and reverse in was extremely difficult and we were very careful on our positioning. It was largely down to larger vehicles staying there too and reducing space. I noticed numerous visitors were parking horizontally in there pitch also which your information states you are not allowed to do. We hope to return one day and on clearer explanation from the receptionist we understand the pitch types more but it wasn't very clear on booking.

Der Platz ist sehr schön angelegt, die Sanitäreinrichtungen immer super sauber. Pool ist sehr schön und wenn man weiß wann nicht viel los ist auch super zum entspannten Schwimmen geeignet.
Die Gastronomie ist für uns nicht für einen Campingplatz geeignet. Ich denke mit einfacheren und landestypischen Speisen würden deutlich mehr Gäste das Angebot nutzen. So weichen viele auf den Gasthof gegenüber aus.

The swimming pool was only open for 45 minutes per day. If we knew this we would never have booked. We never had this ever before. The lodge had only one frying pan. And it was end of its life. By using it you eat a lot of PFAS. The cutting board for meat was old and the board was full of cuts. Which means residue of former users is in the board. There is no cooking hood.
It was a nice location and it was clean. The two showers were also great and warm.

Dear Guest, Your message is not accurate: The pool is open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. without a reservation; in the afternoon, from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., reservations are required, and sessions are limited to 45 minutes each so that multiple guests can swim in the small pool, since there isn’t enough room for everyone... However, all of this was already communicated to you several times when you made your inquiry and via our website.

Wir hatten einen Platz am Rand. Dort war es wunderschön und ruhig. Der Weg zu den Sanitäranlagen zwar etwas weit aber dafür waren wir für uns. Klasse Bad, super sauber. Auch der Pool hat uns gut gefallen.
Da fällt mir gerade nichts ein.
Die außergewöhnliche Lage mit Blick auf Seis und den Schlern.

Seizer Alm is a beautiful camping. Everything is good and went okay. Although we see some opportunities:. - We missed some extra wellness opportunities on the camping. The swimming pool and area is little to small in relation to the size of the camping and number of guests; - the check-in procedure was a bit uncommon. Mostly we check in and go to your camping spot. At SA you’ve to check in, go look to your camping spot and come back twice to finish your check in. After a long journey, it’s demanding. -restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday during high season, why
- No terrace’s with catering it’s a pity; -the prices of the catering is a bit too expensive; - more showers at the men’s bathroom; - clear information that seilbahn Seizer Alm is not included and for free with the guest pass Süd Tirol. The Seilbahn is way too expensive by the way for the service you receive.

Staff were polite, friendly and quick to respond to any requests. The apartment is situated up above the main campsite with a short walk to the amenities. We had to book the pool on the first cpl days we were there and then if became out of season. The shop has everything you need. We didnt eat at the restaurant but heard good things. Location wise it’s a super base. We used the bus (free with the pass) with plenty adventure from our doorstep and also the lake was a big winner for the kids on our quieter days. The pizza oven was a big hit for the night we arrived too.
Spacious master bedroom. Powerful shower in the bathroom. Plenty of storage to put things away. Kids slept on the sofa bed and it was out for the duration of our stay. The weather was kind enough to stay dry that we ate outside. Views are gorgeous!
The plug socket situation was very limited. Not sure that something that can be improved on but just something that would make our stay more comfortable.

Sehr schöner und ruhiger Platz, direkt vor einer Traumkulisse mit toller Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetzt.

Camp.is overall great. It biggest strenghts are magnificent location in a beautiful region, great pitches, excelent staff, cleaniness, great store, nice playground, good bus lines...
There are 3 main areas where improvement could be made. More showers are needed, there is a queue very often. Drying room is tiny and full all the time, quite unusable. Pool is small, but even bigger issue is a very poor water filtration. There is lot of debris floating round. If a camp wants to have a respectable pool, work is much needed. A proper indoor pool would elevate the camp experience and rating substantially, to the level of the best campsites in Sudtirol.

During peak vacation seasons, there are lines everywhere; this is the case everywhere for a few weeks. The filter works perfectly, but guests apply sunscreen before getting in the water, and with such high temperatures, it’s difficult to keep the water clear—which is another reason why there’s a limit on the number of guests allowed to use the pool.

Besonders gut das Lokal und der Pool und auch die Sauberkeit der Waschräume.
Die Duschen, zu den Stoßzeiten bilden sich lange Schlangen.
Der Stellplatz war gut, das nächste mal würde ich eine höhere Kategorie wählen

Excellent, du jamais vu pour un camping : sanitaires extrêmement propres et spacieux, de très nombreux équipements, épicerie très pratique, personnel sympathique

Staff was very friendly. Facilities where excellent, also for smaller children.
The opening times and reservation system for the pool. This is perhaps a welltought solution, but for the children this was a minus.

Alle Gäste die unsere Homepage besuchen und oder bei uns buchen, werdn darüber informiert, d.h noch vor Anreise, daher kann man das akzeptieren oder nicht. Ohne Regelung wäre der KLEINE Pool wohl ganz geschlossen in so heißen Sommertagen und wir können uns nicht leisten, die Vorschriften die uns gegeben werden zu missachten.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub zum Wandern Bio-Biken und Golfen
Platz war sehr groß sauber Wasserstelle und Stromanschluß direkt am Platz.
Der steinige Untergrund hat leider einige Heringe unbrauchbar gemacht!
