Dear Eugen , Thank you for sharing your feedback and for appreciating the location of our campsite and the free bus service. At our campsite, everyone is welcome, both humans and their four-legged friends! 🐾 We believe that dogs are part of the family too and deserve to enjoy a wonderful holiday together with their owners. Kind regards, and thank you again for choosing us!

Dear Miss Prodlik, Thank you for sharing your experience and for your kind words about our staff and the location of our property. We would like to clarify that the supermarket is not managed directly by us, but rather by the restaurant operators. Therefore, they independently decide the supermarket’s opening and closing periods, which are beyond our control. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future!

Dear Stephanie, Thank you very much for your wonderful review! We are delighted that you appreciated our warm welcome, the helpful information provided by our team, the spacious and shaded pitches, and the cleanliness of our sanitary facilities. We are also glad that you found the bus stop conveniently located for visiting San Marino. Your kind words mean a lot to us, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to our campsite in the future! Warm regards from San Marino!

Dear Tracey, Thank you for sharing your feedback. However, we would like to clarify a few points to ensure that the circumstances surrounding your booking and our services are accurately understood. Regarding the road closure for the Rally, this was an event beyond our control. In fact, we took the initiative to inform you in advance of the closure so that you could make the necessary arrangements and arrive before the road was closed. Furthermore, as clearly stated at the time of booking, stays during that period were subject to a minimum of three nights, regardless of external circumstances. These conditions were communicated in advance and applied to all bookings during the event. As for the swimming pool, it is clearly stated that it closes in mid-September. Therefore, at the beginning of October, the pool was already closed for the season and was no longer available for use. The condition of the water is a natural consequence of the pool being closed during this period. Regarding the supermarket, it is managed independently by the restaurant, which is a separate business and not under our management. Finally, we are sorry to hear that you felt our reception staff were dismissive and unhelpful. However, we would like to emphasise that our team is always committed to assisting guests with courtesy and professionalism. We made every effort to inform you in advance about the road closure and help you plan your arrival accordingly. We hope these clarifications help provide a more complete and accurate picture of the circumstances surrounding your experience.
